Mr. DiCello currently represents victims of defective medical devices and pharmaceutical products. Furthermore, Mr. DiCello represents individuals in class action lawsuits arising from gas line failures, dangerous chemical products and defective automobiles.
Mr. DiCello has been recognized by federal and state courts throughout the country for his accomplishments and ability. Various appointments speak to this recognition. For instance, in 2011, Mark DiCello was honored to be appointed co-lead counsel in the Mentor Corp. ObTape Transobuturator Sling Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 2004, by the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia Columbus Division.
In 2012, Mark DiCello was likewise proud to be appointed to the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee in the matter of In Re: Propecia (Finestride) Product Liability Litigation in the Eastern District of New York in MDL-2331.
In March, 2013, Mark DiCello was appointed by Judge Brian Martinotti to the Science Committee for the consolidated matter of In re Stryker Rejuvenate and ABG II Hip Implant Litigation Case No.: 296, venued in Bergen County New Jersey.
Beyond his courtroom commitments, Mr. DiCello is a frequent lecturer at national conferences for Trial Lawyers. He has spoken on topics ranging from the BP Oil Spill Disaster to general Trial Skills. Mr. DiCello currently serves on a number of National Advisory Boards for Plaintiff Trial Lawyers including the Association of Plaintiffs Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America (APITLA) as well as the Executive Committee for the Class Action Trial Lawyers Division of the National Trial Lawyers.
