Judge Patrick J. Condon has been a judge of the Lake County, Ohio, Common Pleas Court, General Division, since January 1, 2019. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business in 1994 from Miami University and his JD from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 1999. Judge Condon began his career as an assistant prosecuting attorney in Portage County where he prosecuted in municipal court for three years and prosecuted sex crimes committed against children for one year. In 2003, he started as an assistant prosecuting attorney in the felony division of the Lake County Prosecutor’s Office where he remained until he took the bench. Judge Condon prosecuted over 50 jury trials to verdict over his career. He argued many appeals at the 11th District Court of Appeals and argued one case at the Ohio Supreme Court. Prior to taking the bench, Judge Condon served on the Ohio Board of Professional Conduct.
Judge Condon’s wife, Amanda, is a Partner in the law firm of Dworken & Bernstein, where she mainly practices personal injury law. They are the proud parents of two teenage sons.
